We are a vertically integrated, seed-to-cup coffee operation with deep roots in El Salvador’s coffee industry, headquarters in the USA and logistics partners in Europe.

We produce and source El Salvador’s finest coffees: we process, store, and export them while providing roasters and partners with complete seed-to-cup traceability and transparency.

‍As producers ourselves, we manage 6 farms: La Cumbre, El Manzano, Ayutepeque Las Isabellas, Tapantogusto and Las Piedras.

Sourcing
‍We work hand in hand with like-minded producers in the Apaneca/Ilamatepec region to source coffees and support the long-term sustainability of our community.

Processing
‍Innovation and high quality standards are at the forefront of our mill’s operations to satisfy our client’s needs.

Storage
‍Our coffees are stored and managed by Odyssey in El Salvador and different warehouses across the US, and held in Europe by one of our key partners.
